Blood pressure is known as a silent killer. And probably most do not even think about blood pressure. However, high blood pressure can be quite fatal. Some typical signs of hypertension are headache, dizziness, pounding in the ears and nose bloody. But whatever people experience a little pain in the back of their head or have an increase in urination.

But if you reduce salt, you can use many other herbs in place of salt. Garlic, chives and onions are good alternatives. Reducing the lath is not so bad, just think of the alternative.

You should not ignore hypertension; It can be very fatal if unchecked. The result could be you with a stroke. A stroke can be very deadly and limit movements. So, go to the doctor and see if you have hypertension.
