Symptoms of heart disease generally go undetected because we as a society in general, we tend to put up with what we might call bowels or dizziness or legs swollen and much more without thinking that it is necessary to go to the doctor. We believe that these symptoms are nothing and will just go away. And of course, in general, do not go for a while but then return. I know from experience with two brothers who put this kind of thing for years and years without seeking help until one of them reached a major heart attack.
When properly checked at the hospital and was told that he already had minor attacks, but did not know it. This was also the case with another brother. For most people heart attacks can be prevented or at least delayed substantially if properly start looking after your body. It is never too late.
Having a healthy body and mind will help also read the symptoms of heart disease much better, allowing you to take control of your destiny instead of living like you have a time bomb ready to explode. Another point to remember is that heart disease affects not only humans, but is highly prevalent in women. So all you women out there to take note of what I have just said that you include too.
